The Client Portal: Throughout these terms, the secure online account ecosystem and delivery hub is formally defined as the “Client Portal.” All asset previews, automated checkout transactions, invoice clearing, and final asset distributions occur strictly within this framework.
2. Payment Structures & Asset Unlocking
Payment Flexibility: For all standard property media shoots, you are provided two flexible settlement options within the Client Portal:
1. Pre-Payment: Payment may be completed upfront at checkout prior to or on the day of the scheduled shoot. Assets will instantly unlock inside your Client Portal account the moment post-production editing is finalized.
2. Post-Payment: Payment may be completed inside the Client Portal following the shoot after assets are prepared. Final un-watermarked high-resolution media will remain securely locked until the outstanding checkout balance is settled in full.
Hourly Bookings (FSBO / VSBO): For For-Sale-By-Owner (FSBO) and Vacant-Sale-By-Owner (VSBO) bookings, services are billed strictly by the hour with a 2-hour minimum block. A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid upfront via the Client Portal checkout to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due on location at the time of the scheduled media shoot.
Taxation & Rate Changes: All listed prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Applicable taxes are applied at checkout. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Service Scope and Property Metrics
Property Scope: Baseline packaging rates are calculated strictly on total property square footage based on shot or measured floors and spaces. Properties exceeding 4,500 sq. ft. fall outside standard booking brackets and require a custom manual quote.
Aerial & Drone Operations: Aerial drone photography is highly dependent on environmental safety. Operations remain strictly subject to real-time weather conditions, local municipal flight restrictions, and airspace environmental limitations. If a flight is blocked due to safety or legal restrictions, alternative asset provisioning or regional adjustments will be coordinated.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
24-Hour Policy: I require a minimum notification window for schedule adjustments. Cancellations or major booking modifications made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot are subject to a standard cancellation fee.
5. Licensing, Ownership, and Delivery
Scope of Use: By downloading these media assets, you agree that you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, single-use marketing license for the listing of this property only. Sharing or selling assets to third-party stagers, contractors, or builders is strictly prohibited.
